UK – Standard delivery in the UK is by Royal Mail 1st Class 

 

Tracking is not offered as standard.

International  Please allow 2-3 weeks

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

If your item has not been received, please wait 10 working days after the shipment date before contacting me. I will then do my best to resolve it. 

Uk Law

It is UK Law for dog tags to have your surname, house number & postcode on.

If you choose not to have this, I will fulfill your wishes but I am in no way liable should you be fined for not displaying these details.

Personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
